My Journalist Rejected by Google Adsense

My journalist tried to register google adsense. Want to learn to monetize blog.
With my blog why not yet qualified to display the google adsense.
This does not make me give up. I will improve the content of the content for the approval at a later date. Google adsense is the opportunity to monetize blogs.
